Who we are

This website is operated by TNT Dynamite Designs LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas. Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are in United States dollars and can change without notice. A written quote we send you is good for thirty days. Shipping and applicable Texas sales tax are added at checkout.

Custom work and proofs

For personalized and custom pieces we send a layout for your approval before production. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, and artwork on that proof. Once you approve it, we make exactly what the proof shows. If we deviate from the approved proof, we remake the piece at our cost.

Artwork you supply

If you send us a logo, photo, drawing, or text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced. We will decline any job that appears to infringe a copyright, trademark, military insignia rule, or licensed character. You agree to hold us harmless for claims arising from artwork you supplied.

Our artwork

Designs we create remain our property unless we agree in writing otherwise. Buying a piece buys the piece, not exclusive rights to the design, unless the quote says so.

Payment

Orders over $150 require a deposit of half before production. The balance is due before the piece ships or is picked up. Work does not begin until the deposit clears.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the design. After approval, deposits on custom work are not refundable because materials are committed. Returns and damage claims are covered on our shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Natural variation

Wood grain, slate, leather, and stone vary from piece to piece, and engraving contrast varies with the material. Screens also show color differently. Small variation from a photo is normal and is not a defect.

Delivery dates

We give honest estimates and we meet them nearly always, but we do not control the carriers. Once a package is handed to a carrier, delivery timing is theirs. We will help you trace anything that goes astray.

Limit of liability

Our responsibility on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
