    You get the full price in writing, including shipping and any tax, before anything begins.

    Deposit

    Orders over $150 take half up front. Smaller orders are paid in full when the design is approved.

    Balance at completion

    We send a photo of the finished piece, you settle the balance, and it ships or is ready for pickup.
